Aurangabad, Oct 18:

A total of 150 persons donated blood in a camp organised by World Maratha Organisation (WMO) at Shivchhatrapati College on Sunday.

Youths with enthusiasm donated blood as a contribution to the fight against Novel coronavirus.

Sarpanch of Patoda Gram Panchayat Bhaskar Pere, chief executive officer of Aurangabad Cantonment Board Vikran More inaugurated the camp.

Dinesh Kadam from WMO, Aditya Jagdale, Sushil Jadhav, Atul Jadhav, Suraj Matsagar, Dhanashri Bhambarde, Sachin Mane, Laxman Tele and Rameshwar Ghait were present.

Bhaskar Pere said blood donors are the real hero of society, so, they should be honoured.

All measures of COVID 19 were followed during the camp. Duttajai Bhale and LIon Club Blood Banks collected blood.
