Amazon Great Indian Festival to bring cheer to SMBs

Amazon India today shared a host of opportunities for small and medium businesses (SMBs) during the annual festive event ‘Great Indian Festival’ starting from October 17. Thousands of Amazon sellers under different programs such as local shops on Amazon, Karigar, Saheli, and Launchpad, from various parts of the country including Aurangabad and many other locations will extend exciting deals and offers to the customers.

Amazon has said that in this festive season, around 1 lakh grocery stores, local shops and stores across the country are ready to serve customers. About 20,000 offline retailers will participate in the Great Indian Festival for the first time through the local shops on Amazon program. This program is getting very good response from all over the country in just 5 months.

Growth and success from the Great Indian Festival

Manish Tiwari, vice president of Amazon India, says that the focus of the company this time is to help sellers and other MSME partners grow their business. This will help them overcome the challenges they face now. The last few months have seen that every business is now making technology. The company hopes that the Great Indian Festival will bring both growth and success.

87,000 sellers from Maharashtra

Pranav Bhasin, director, MSME and Seller Experience at Amazon India said, “This festive season, we are focused on helping our sellers and other MSME partners. We have over 87,000 sellers in Maharashtra who will have the opportunity to showcase their products to millions of customers across the country during this festive season.
