Aurangabad, April 1:

Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University has not released the list of vacant seats for Ph D admissions.

It may be noted that the university conducted the second paper of the Ph D Entrance Test (PET) on March 13 and declared its result on March 17.

The university had announced that it would release the list of subject-wise seats and research guides on March 22.

It is mandatory for any university to declare subject-wise seats before PET as per the University Grants Commission's norms.

After online registration, the candidates will be called for the presentation before Research and Recognition Committee (RRC). The researchers are worried about the availability of vacant seats for the admissions.

Meanwhile, a decision was taken in the Management Council meeting held eight days that candidates will be admitted on 3,000 Ph D admission seats. Ph D aspirants were happy over it.
