Chairmen , members appointed on BoS

Aurangabad, Feb 9:

The chairman has been appointed on different Board of Studies (BoS) of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. The appointment with the recommendation of the standing committee.

The meeting standing committee was held on Tuesday. The post of chairman was lying vacant on BoS for the past two and half years for different reasons.

Pro-vice-chancellor and chairman of the committee Dr Shyam Shirsath, management council members Kishor Shitole, Dr Rahul Mhaske, Dr Satish Dange, Dr Chetna Sonkamble, Dr Bharat Khandare, Shaikh Zahoor Khalid, registrar and member secretary Dr Jaishree Suryavanshi were present.

The names of the new chairmen and their board are as follows; Dr Dilip Khairnar

(Sociology BoS chairman), Dr Govind Kadam (Physical Education), Dr Syed Akhil Gaus (Urdu, Dr Prashant Pagare (Education Philosophy), Dr Dadasaheb Shengule (Physics), Dr Siddiqui Md Rafiq Ejaz (Physical Education College Board) and Dr Yashwant Chavan (Economics).

New members on BoS were also appointed. Their names are Dr Manisha Vanjari, Dr Pramod Patil, Dr Sandeep Gaikwad, Dr Rajendra Udhan, Dr Jaishri Patil, Dr Balnath Pawar and Dr Vikram Khilare.

The academic Council meeting scheduled for February 12 would not be conducted on February 15. VC Dr Yeole will chair it.
