College youth and relative assaulted in Bajajnagar

A college youth and his relatives were beaten up for sitting on a bench in a college in Bajajnagar on Tuesday. A case has been registered against them at MIDC Waluj police station.

According to police, Saurabh Dnyaneshwar Sale (18, Wadgaon) is studying in High-tech college in Bajajnagar. Saurabh had an argument with Vishal Lashkare and Sanket Kharat on Tuesday at around 12 noon for sitting on a college bench. After the dispute was over, Saurabh came out of the college and was assaulted by Vishal and Sanket. In the altercation, Sanket hit Saurabh with a wooden object. As the quarrel started, Saurabh''s relative Vishal Waisal, who had come to pick him up, tried to mediate, but the duo also beat Vishal. Other youths mediated and settled the dispute. A case has been registered against Vishal and Sanket at MIDC Waluj police station.
