Determined to bring the city into the top ten in quality of life

Aurangabad, March 5:

Guardian minister Subhash Desai on Friday said that the city that now ranks 13th in quality of life will be in the top ten next year. He also praised municipal administrator Astik Kumar Pandey for the achievement.

Desai spoke to reporters through video conferencing in the municipal corporation. Desai said, The city has jumped from 63rd position to 34th position in Ease of Living. This is a good development for the city. This is a remarkable achievement in education, health and development. The chief minister's affection for the city has helped to solve the pending issues. Issues related to water, garbage and roads are resolved. Environment minister Aditya Thackeray has undertaken the task of preparing a roadmap for the development of the city. Desai also congratulated the officials, employees and citizens, including the municipal administrator, for their support in providing health education and other services to the citizens.

Will eliminate errors

Pandey said there would be a concerted effort to bring the city into the top ten next year. The errors made this year will be eliminated by studying the criteria of the ranking. Citizens are the focus of the survey. Much depends on their satisfaction.
