I am the descendant of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and cannot be managed

Aurangabad, July 3:

The silent agitation started after the Supreme Court verdict on May 5 was postponed for a month at the request of the chief minister, after which the discussion started that Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje was managed. The meeting with the chief minister was attended by coordinators from all over the state. I am the descendant of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and cannot be managed, said MP Sambhaji Raje here today.

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje was on a tour of Marathwada. He was speaking at a student and youth dialogue organized by Maratha Kranti Thok Morcha at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha in Aurangabad. He said that the Supreme Court had canceled the Maratha reservation on May 5. The opposition and the ruling party were expected to come together and work out a way out of the situation. Those in the opposition today say that the ruling party has not been able to maintain the reservation, while the government says that the law was wrong. He mentioned that 70 per cent poor Marathas have suffered due to 30 per cent rich Marathas. After the poor Maratha community showed their sentiments by holding 58 silent rallies, he raised the question as to why they should be made to hold rallies again. The silent rallies are not stopped but suspended. MPs and MLAs with a salary of Rs 2 lakh now have the responsibility to work on Maratha reservation. The public representatives should now decide on how to give reservations. Organizers Ramesh Kere Patil, Appasaheb Kudhekar and Kiran Kale were present.

Sambhaji Raje demands ordinance

The decision of the Supreme Court two days ago made it clear that the central government has the right to grant Maratha reservation. He demanded that the central government should immediately issue an ordinance and make a law in parliament. In addition, the National Commission for Backward Class should be rectified. The commission will study and report to the president, after which the President will direct parliament to enact legislation in this regard.

Divisional centre at Aurangabad

Sarathi organisation is very important for Maratha youths. The first sub-center of this organization was started at Kolhapur. He also instructed the organizers to meet the district collector immediately to start a divisional center in Aurangabad.
