ICSI organises webinar on Nidhi Company

Aurangabad, July 22: Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Aurangabad chapter conducted a webinar for members on the topic ‘Practical insight to Nidhi Company and it’s compliances,’ recently. CS Raghav Kulkarni (Pune) explained various aspects of Nidhi company.

A Nidhi company is a type of company in the Indian non-banking finance sector, recognized under section 406 of the Companies Act, 2013. Their core business is borrowing and lending money between their members. They are also known as Mutual Benefit Funds and Mutual Benefit Company.

Aurangabad chapter is also planning to conduct knowledge sharing webinar on emerging topics in the corporate in coming days, said CS Paresh Deshpande, Chairman of Aurangabad Chapter.
