India Tourism starts travel exhibition in shopping mall

Aurangabad, Jan 21:

The Travel Exhibition-cum Information Counter started by the India Tourism-Aurangabad was inaugurated in the Reliance Mall (Garkheda), today at 11 am.

The assistant director (India Tourism) Ram Janam Ram, Reliance's Mahesh Khiraiya, S Kakade, faculty of Devgiri College, S Sarang and others including S Jadhav graced the inaugural function.

The exhibition-cum-counter will be serving the visitors at the mall between 11 am to 8 pm from January 21 to 28. The exhibition aims to give a push to the travel trade industry, which had been badly affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the region. Hence, an attempt is made to promote domestic tourism through an offline mode. The visitors can collect the brochures of various tourist destinations and seek the assistance of tourism staff by visiting the information counter, stated the press release issued by India Tourism official Snehal Patil.
