Janseva Foundation inauguration on Feb 6; 14 citizens come together to form NGO for multipurpose social work

Aurangabad, Feb 2: The inauguration ceremony of the newly-constituted New Aadhar Janseva Foundation will be held here at Tapadiya Natyagruha, Nirala Bazaar on February 6 at 7 pm.

MP Bhagwat Karad will be the chief guest. MLAs Atul Save, Pradeep Jaiswal and MLC Ambadas Danve will be the guests of honour. Five eminent personalities who have devoted time towards the society during Covid-19 pandemic will be felicitated. There names are as follows: Dr Praveen Suryavanshi, director of MGM Group; Pritish Chatterjee, president, Aurangabad First and Aurangabad Bengali Association; Dr Anant Pandhare, medical director of Dr Hedgewar Rugnalaya; Sandeep Nagori, former president of Massia and former chairman of CII and Dr Sundar Kulkarni, Civil Surgeon, Aurangabad.

The main aim of the NGO is to build a ‘Happy Home’, on its tagline of ‘Khushiyon Ka Ghar’, for the senior citizens. The NGO also aims to provide economic and other help to the poor and economically backward deserving students, organising medical camps for basic health check-ups for the needy and downtrodden people of the society, creation of a food bank from the collection of excess hotel/domestic food for distributing the same to the hungry poor, clothes distribution among the needy people living under open sky, and guidance to unemployed youth, said Foundation president N K Chakraborty, working president Laxmikant Jaipurkar, secretary Prabirkumar Ghosh and joint secretary and event chief Sandeep Kale.

Vice-president Mohua Chakraborty, treasurer Mahesh Jain, joint secretary Shashikant Patel, joint treasurer Kabita Halder, PRO Susmita Jana, Kaushik Saha, Bisheshwar Sen, Manoj Kothari, Supriyo Ghosh and Shekhar Kherudkar are taking efforts for the success of the programme.
