MP Rajiv Satav serious

Aurangabad, April 28

The condition of Rajya Sabha member and senior Congress leader from Hingoli district Rajeev Satav is said to be serious after a drop in his oxygen level.

Efforts are being made to shift Satav, who tested positive for coronavirus and has been receiving treatment in Jahangir Hospital in Pune for the last four days, to Mumbai. As soon as he gets an ambulance equipped with ventilator support system, he will be shifted.

Minister of state Vishwajeet Kadam is personally keeping a watch on his condition. He will be shifted to Leelawati Hospital soon after the ambulance is available. Satav is also a member of the All India Congress Committee.
