New education policy will accelerate adoption of knowledge- MP Dr Sahastrabuddhe

Aurangabad, July 21:

The new education policy, which provides equal opportunities to the interests of teachers and students and provides education in the mother tongue, will expedite the expansion and adoption of knowledge, said MP Dr Vinay Sahastrabuddhe.

He was speaking in a programme 'Runanubandh' organised by the Saraswati Bhuvan Shikshan Sanstha's alumni association in the memory of former teacher Vinata Y Garde. On this occasion, MP Dr Sahastrabuddhe spoke on 'New educational policy, opportunities and challenges'. Speaking further, Dr Sahastrabuddhe said the new education policy will free India from the education system implemented by Englishmen Dr McCauley. The new educational policy gives students the right to learn in their mother tongue, thus helping to broaden the horizons of knowledge. Another important point is that the new policy, which focuses on students as well as teachers, will free teachers from non-academic work. The national education policy will put pressure on educational institutions that only run for money thus focusing on institutional progress. He said the policy also considered in detail how to use educational resources judiciously. Along with schooling, policies for higher education will also lead to progress. He said that this would be a policy that would give the researcher a chance to put into practice the facts presented through his PhD. Sahastrabuddhe also clarified that strict arrangements have been made for the implementation of the new policy. Former students of Saraswati Bhuvan Shikshan Sanstha Umesh Dasharathi, Prasad Kokil, Prashant Deshpande, Bijli Deshmukh, Dr Sunil Deshpande, Ashish Garde, Suhas Vaidya and others were present.
