New ward with 40 beds for female patients in GMCH

Aurangabad, June 9:

A new ward of 40 oxygen beds has been set up by renovating the old ward number four in the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Corona negative female patients are being treated in this ward.

The ward was inaugurated by district collector Sunil Chavan on Wednesday. GMCH dean Dr Kanan Yelikar, Medical superintendent Dr Suresh Harbade, Head, Department of medicine Meenakshi Bhattacharya, Dr Bharat Sonawane, and others were present.
