Aurangabad, Feb

The education

sector has been affected by the Corona crisis last year. The admission process

of the Pharmacy and polytechnic was completed recently, and the students will

have to confront the first semester examination now. Moreover, the lecturers

will have to complete the syllabus of six months in just two months. Hence, the

students and lecturers are in a confusion state as they will have to walk on a

tight rope.

The admission

process of the Pharmacy and Polytechnic courses continued till the second week

of January. Meanwhile, the colleges started online classes for the students

selected in the first round of admission from January 15 onwards. These

students are confronting these vocational courses for the first time and there

has been a lot of confusion due to online classes.

The first

semester of the Polytechnic students will be held in March. Hence the lecturers

have been compelled to take the online classes between 10 am and 5 pm. The

practices are also thought in the similar manner. A similar situation is at the

Pharmacy colleges. However, the date of the first semester for this course has

not been announced yet. Still, the colleges are taking efforts to complete the

syllabus as early as possible. The students are confused as their concept could

not be cleared through the online classes, and they are not even aware of books

to be used. They can understand better when the offline classes will be started

from February 15, the students said.
