Provide jobs and employment to families of deceased workers

Demands are coming forward from the trade unions and family members of the workers who died due to covid to give jobs to their children in companies on a humanitarian level.

Many companies in the industrial area had to close down due to Covid-19. They later started work during the lockdown. However, while at work, many workers became infected with Covid-19. Several of them succumbed to the disease, causing huge loss to their families. The companies paid dues to the family members. However, there is a demand for financial assistance and also give employment to the children of these workers. In particular, many workers in a large auto company in Waluj died by this disease. Some of these families approached the Bharatiya Kamgaar Sena and other trade unions. The unions also took up the issue with the company. But they have not received much response from the management.
