Retiring officials should share their experiences and knowledge gained during service with others: Civic Chief

Aurangabad, April 30:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) administrator A K Pandey underlined that any retiring officer should benefit others by sharing the knowledge and experiences he had earned while serving in one department for a long period.

Pandey was speaking at a small function organised to see off the executive engineer Hemant Kolhe, who got retired from his four decades-long service, today. Pandey felicitated Kolhe on the occasion. The deputy commissioner Aparna Thete, city engineer S D Panzade, and chief accounts officer Sanjay Pawar also expressed their views on the occasion.

In reply to his felicitation, Kolhe mentioned that in his 38 years long service he had worked in various sections of AMC. I had done justice and fulfilled all the responsibilities given to me during my tenure in different sections, he said.

The additional commissioner B B Nemane, R P Nikam, head of solid waste management (SWM) cell Nandkishore Bhombe, the municipal officer of health (MoH) Dr. Neeta Padalkar, and others were present on the occasion. The public relations officer Sanjeev Sonar compered the proceedings and Suhas Joshi proposed a vote of thanks.

The other AMC personnel V B Ghule and Anant Devgirikar also got retired today.
