Son kills father for frequently beating mother

Aurangabad, June 24:

A son killed his father as he used frequently beating and abusing his mother in a drunken state. The Waluj MIDC police unveiled the murder after two and a half months of the incident and arrested the son Rishikesh Musale (23). The deceased Rajesh Ramkrishna Musale (55, Sainagar, Cidco) was a drunkard and often beat and abuse his wife. Son Rishikesh and daughter Mohini Shinde on several occasions, tried to convince him to give up his drinking habit but in vain. On April 7, Rajesh came in a drunken condition at around 1.30 pm and started beating his wife without reason. Rishikesh could not see the pitiable condition of his mother and severely beat his father. Rajesh fell unconscious and was admitted to the Government Hospital. The family members said that he was injured as he fell. He died on the same day at around 9 pm. A case of accidental death was registered at the Waluj MIDC police station. Meanwhile, PSI Prashant Gambhirrao had minutely inspected the body of Rajesh Musale and found that there were injuries on his head and chest. In the medical report, the reason for the deaths was the injuries on the head and chest. The police got suspicious and strictly interrogated the Musale family members. Then, Rishikesh confessed that he had beaten his father. PSI Prashant Gambhirrao is further investigating the case under the guidance of PI Madhukar Sawant.
