The new executive body of the CREDAI Aurangabad branch declared

Aurangabad, April 11:

The new executive body of the Confederation of Real Estate Associations of India (CREDAI) Aurangabad branch was declared recently. Architect, Nitin Bagadiya, has been appointed as the president, Akhil Khanna as secretary and Anil Agraharkar as treasurer. The other officials of the body were also announced on the occasion. The installation ceremony of the body will be held on April 13 at 5 pm through online system. The new body will operate for the period between 2021-22 and 2022-23. CREDAI works for solving the difficulties and problems faced by the builders and developers creating awareness about the government and administrative rules among the members. It also implements several social projects for the welfare of the society.

The tenure of the old executive body led by Narendrasingh Jabinda, Sunil Bedmutha and others has been expired and hence the new body has been announced.

CREDAI Maharashtra president (Elect) Pramod Khairnar, former state president Rajendrasingh Jabinda, former vice president Ravi Vattamwar, members Papalal Goyal, Sunil Patil, Devanand Kotgire, Prakash Malkhare, Jugal Tapadiya, Sanjay Kasliwal and others will be present for the online installation ceremony.

The other members included vice presidents – Vikas Chaudhary, Bhaskar Chaudhary, Sangram Patare, Anil Munot, Ashutosh Navandar, Sunil Bedmutha, Indrajeet Thorat.

Joint secretaries – Sunil Raka, Ajit Bapat, Rohit Suryawanshi. Joint treasurer – Balaji Yerawar, PRO – Sushil Dhoot, co-ordinator – Punjab Taur, Akhil Bhalerao, directors – Manoj Runwal, Gopesh Yadav, Vinod Agrawal, Prashant Amilkanthwar, Sameer Malkhare, Bhaven Sukhiya and Nilkanth Nagpal. Youth wing co-ordinator – Saurabh Gupta, women’s wing co-ordinator – Shweta Bhartiya.
