Winter chill to make a comeback as weather to remain stable

The cloudy weather that had prevailed since last week is now clearing up. Meanwhile, the winter chill had disappeared due to cloudy weather. Moisture in weather is expected to reduce in the next four days, and temperatures are expected to drop, the Chikalthana meteorological department said. The city is experiencing fluctuating weather since November. Now it is expected that cold weather will continue till the onset of summer.

This year, citizens started experiencing cold in November. However, every fortnight, due to climate change, the cold disappeared, and the climate continued to change. The weather changed rapidly four times in the last two months. The mercury dropped and rose by an average of six to eight degrees compared to the beginning of December last year. Such changes were again witnessed in January first week.

Within eight days, the temperature changed dramatically, leading to rainy weather. A low-pressure belt was formed in the Arabian Sea lead to rains in district and Marathwada. As a result, the temperature rose significantly. The weather remained cloudy for eight days due to Hurricane Niwar.

A maximum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius and the minimum at 18 degrees Celsius was recorded in the first week of January. According to meteorological department officials, now the weather will be dry, leading to rising in the cold. Temperatures are expected to drop sharply, till the onset of the summer season.
