People have undergone difficult times during the pandemic phase and the danger of it has not diminished yet. People suffered mentally, physically, emotionally and socially for the past one and a half years. Yoga not only provides physical health but also makes the mind strong. Practicing Yoga regularly can help people to remain calm and face the situations effectively, Mirkar said.
