Youth killed in accident at Daulatabad

Aurangabad, Jan 22:

A youth settled at Daulatabad from Vaijapur with family for work was killed in an accident of his motorcycle and a car under the Daulatabad Ghat on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Shaikh Javed Shaikh Isaq (38). Javed is a resident of Millatnagar in Vaijapur and had come to Mujeeb Colony at Daulatabad a month back with his family. He used to sell carpets on his motorcycle. On Friday morning, he was going on his motorcycle to sell the mats on his motorcycle when a speeding car coming from the direction of Khuldabad towards Aurangabad dashed his motorcycle. The dash was so severe that Javed died on the spot. On receiving the information, the Daulatabad police rushed to the spot and took Javed to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).

Javed was the only earning source of his family. As there was no business due to lockdown in Vaijapur he came to Daulatabad with his family and sustained his family's need by selling carpet and mats on motorcycle at the nearby villages. He is survived by wife, two sons, parents, three sisters and a brother.
