Mokusei seeks 100 'Reviewers' from all over the world to review its planned pilot experiment to be conducted via app. This step, Mokusei believes, will keep Mokusei grounded and focused while allowing independent monitoring & evaluation of rollout & implementation giving critical grassroots level feedback & reliable data.
