India's Jasprit Bumrah tonked his first ever half century in competitive cricket against Australia A. He pulled Will Sutherland for a huge six to reach the milestone. Also, he remained unbeaten on 55 from just 57 balls, while the Indian innings folded at 194. After he reached the milestone, skipper Kohli was all smiles as he was seen cheering for his number 1 bowler. Sean Abbott and Jack Wildermuth were the pick of the bowlers for the hosts with three wickets each to their name while Harry Conway, Will Sutherland, Mitchell Swepson and Cameron Green were also among the wickets as they bundled out the Indian team for below 200.

Team India is currently playing the three-day day-night warm-up game against Australia A at the Sydney Cricket Ground. This is a crucial outing for the visitors as they will be playing their first Pink ball Test (and second overall) in Australia. A few Test hopefuls are also playing for Australia A and one among them is Cameron Green who is being tipped to play the first game of the four-match series starting on December 17. The upcoming pink-ball Test is going to be a huge test for the Indian team considering the only day-night contest Virat Kohli's men have played so far was back home against Bangladesh. The Adelaide contest, starting December 17, will be the first occasion for the Indian team as far as playing a pink-ball Test outside the country is concerned.
