Kiwi all-rounder and Kings X1 player Jimmy Neesham has appreciated the efforts of his fellow countrymen after the last infected person recovered from COVID-19. The last case was reported on April 30 and since then there have been no active cases in the country. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern  Monday said, she was confident New Zealand has halted the spread of the coronavirus after the last known infected person in the country recovered. 

Jimmy Neesham, while talking about the Coronavirus New Zealand situation, attributed the country's success to three things - Planning, Determination and Teamwork. After the latest announcement, sports fans again will be able to fill stadiums in New Zealand. Sports activities in New Zealand start with the Super Rugby Aotearoa tournament from June 13. The tournament involves New Zealand's five Super Rugby team, which will meet each other home and away over 10 weeks.
