Jos Buttler, Eoin Morgan have been found guilty of mocking Indian English in the past as some of the deleted tweets of the trio have now gone viral. ‘josbuttler Sir, you play very good Opening batting,” tweeted McCullum whereas Morgan added, “Sir you ’are my favourite batsman. ”None of the players or ECB have taken charge of the same and Indian fans are demanding strict action against the accused cricketers. The active players can be in some trouble if ECB takes up the matter seriously. Last year, a group of cricketers was seriously dealt by Cricket Australia as they indulged in the same type of activity.

A section of U-19 cricketers from Australia including Tanveer Sangha mocked the Indian accent of English over an Instagram post made by Fraser-McGurk. Later, all were admonished by CA. All the revelations have come after Robinson had to issue a public apology for his actions. ECB has even added that they may launch a further investigation in the matter. Earlier, England fast-bowler Ollie Robinson's racist and sexist tweets, which date back to 2012, came to light during his Test debut on Wednesday. After his old posts became viral, Robinson issued an apology. "On the biggest day of my career so far, I am embarrassed by the racist and sexist tweets that I posted over eight years ago, which have today become public. I want to make it clear that I'm not racist and I'm not sexist. I deeply regret my actions, and I am ashamed of making such remarks", Robinson was quoted as saying by the ECB.
