Senior Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batsman and vice-captain Suresh Raina returned home from UAE last month ahead of the start of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 after pulling out of the tournament due to personal reasons. Post, Raina's exit several from the cash rich league a lot of theories were doing the rounds on the southpaw's departure. While Raina rubbished all reports of a rift between him and the CSK management as one of the reasons behind his decision to pull out from IPL 2020, speculations continue to be rife on social media.
However, a latest rumours erupted that Raina unfollowed his IPL franchise and his skipper, Dhoni, on micro-blogging website Twitter. Fans took to their Twitter handle and started questioning what forced the UP cricketer to unfollow his franchise. However, the rumour turned out to be a mere rumour as one observed at Raina's Twitter handle the southpaw is still following it. The left-handed all-rounder, highest run-getter for CSK and the second-highest run-scorer in the IPL behind Virat Kohli, is currently engaged in opening a cricket academy in Jammu and Kashmir.
