The Bangladesh U19 team defeated India in a thriller of a game to clinch the 2020 ICC Cricket World Cup in Potchefstroom on Sunday by the DLS method. Batting first, India were bundled out for a paltry 177 in 47 overs. The top scorer for India was Yashaswi Jaiswal who scored 88 runs in 121 balls. Chasing a target below 200, the Asian tigers began their chase in a steady manner reaching 50 within seven overs.
However, the team in a dramatic collapse stumbled to 105/6 after Rajesh Bishnoi spun a web with a four wicket haul.
