Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli was trolled and slammed on Twitter for his Diwali message after the RCB captain appealed fans  to celebrate the festivities without crackers to protect the environment. However, a image of teammate Shivam Dube celebrating the festival with firecrackers has now gone viral. Dressed in the traditional kurta, Dube on Saturday shared a few snapshots of him celebrating the festival of lights. In no time, Twitter users took to social media to troll Kohli' for his message which has created a big news online.

Kohli will be seen in action for Team India in the upcoming series against Australia from November 27. The Indian players had their first outdoor training session in Sydney on Thursday. They are gearing up for the lengthy tour which consists of three ODIs, three T20Is, and four Test matches. Kohli however, will not be part of all four Tests and will return home after the first Test to be with his family and wife Anushka Sharma for the birth of their first child in January. He has been granted paternity leave by the BCCI and will play only the first Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
