Actor Rajev Paul tests positive for COVID-19 after flying from Agra to Mumbai

Actor Rajev Paul took to social media today, May 7, to inform his fans and followers that he has tested positive for Covid-19. Rajev essays the role of Giriraj Oswal in Sasural Simar Ka 2. He contracted the virus after flying down from Agra to Mumbai.Rajev Paul took to his Instagram account to inform his fans that a few days after he returned from Agra, he felt feverish. The entire cast of the TV show has been shooting in Agra after Mumbai put a halt to TV shootings. Rajev wrote.

“Yes my reports came today and am #POSITIVE I traveled from Agra on Friday 30th April to Mumbai and on Tuesday 4th May I felt feverish, instantly got in touch with Drs and they adviced me home rest and medicines got the test booked for 5th April and today 07th May got the result as Positive. But I am absolutely fit and fine and energetic (sic).”He further wrote, “I stay by myself so nothing to really worry...about home isolation. My entertainment shall continue both on TV (already shot a few episodes) (sic).”Rajev Paul plays the role of Geetanjali's (Jayati Bhatia) younger son and Vivaan (Karan Sharma) and Reyaansh's (Rakshit Wahi) father on Sasural Simar Ka 2.
