‘Are your breasts real? Sherlyn Chopra accuses KWAN talent agency co-founder of sexual misconduct

Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra on Tuesday took to Twitter to call out sexual misconduct of KWAN talent agency co-founder Anirban Blah. Sherlyn revealed that when she met Anirban for seeking his help to get good films, he had asked her if her breasts were real or fake, and wanted to touch them to confirm. “He looked at me up and down all the time. I asked him, ‘What happened sir, am I not well-dressed?’ He said, ‘No, no. Are your breasts real? Can I touch?’ he asked,” revealed the actress. “I was shocked. How can someone ask such a disgusting question? Whether real or fake, however they are, what’s your problem?  You cannot talk to a lady like this,” she added. “When I experienced things like these, I realised that in this industry, many are wearing masks of decency but put up indecent proposals,” said the actress.

In 2018, Anirban Blah was asked to step down from KWAN after four women accused him of sexual harassment during the #MeToo movement. The company later issued a statement saying Blah has resigned from all his responsibilities and designations at KWAN. Earlier, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut stated how Anirban Blah of KWAN Entertainment was accused of rape and molestation. The tweet made by Kangana Ranaut reads Co-owner of #Kwan Anirban Blah was accused of rapes and molestation by many girls, one such girl once went to meet him with her mother,he made the mother sit outside and tried to rape the girl, mother had filed a case it was covered by the media but suddenly everyone disappeared.

After Jaya Saha, the talent manager from the company, whose questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau opened up a can of worms, KWAN’s CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar was also summoned by the NCB apart from Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash. During the five-hour-long questioning of Sushant Singh Rajput’s talent manager Jaya Saha, NCB got information about those playing an active role in the Bollywood drug nexus. It was during Jaya Saha’s interrogation that popular names like Shraddha Kapoor and Deepika Padukone surfaced and WhatsApp chats had been retrieved in which they allegedly spoke about procuring drugs.
