Crowd gathers to help Mika Singh after his car breaks down in Mumbai rains

Singer Mika Singh's car broke down due to waterlogged streets in the city, common people came to his assistance in early Monday morning around 3 am. Photographer Viral Bhayani shared a video showing Mika and his rumoured girlfriend, actor and model Akanksha Puri. The man recording the video says, “Jab Mika paji ki car band hoti hai toh itne log help karne aa jate hain (when Mika’s car breaks down, so many people come to his assistance). You can see this.” He then took the camera to Mika, who was sitting in the driver seat of what looks like a Hummer SUV with Akanksha on the shotgun seat.

“Our car has broken down, but at least 200 people have come to give us a helping hand.”The Mumbai rains have wreaked havoc in the city. A lot of places have been put on red alert with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray urging netizens netizens to remain on high alert due to the destruction caused by rains. There have also been 33 deaths reported from different parts of the city since the last 24 hours.Amid the ongoing pandemic, Mika Singh had shared that he remained without work for 10 months but his childhood habit of saving 10% from his pay cheque helped him during this tough time. The singer also stepped up and provided support to those in need during the pandemic. Recently Mika Singh had hit headlines following his war of words with Kamaal R Khan. After Mika Singh announced a diss track ‘Kutta’ against Kamaal R Khan, KRK also revealed a diss song ‘Suwar’ against the singer.
