Jagdeep Funeral: Bollywood's most loved comedian last rites to be held in Mumbai

Veteran actor Jagdeep of Sholay fame breathed his last in Mumbai yesterday The senior actor is reportedly said to have passed away due to age-related health issues. Jaaved Jaaferi his son was snapped outside his house with family as they left for the burial ground for the final rites of the veteran Bollywood star. Actors Johny Lever, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana, filmmakers Milap Zaveri and Anubhav Sinha among others led Bollywood in paying tribute to the actor on social media.  

As per a report in IndiaTV news.com, the senior star will be laid to rest at Shia Kabristan, Mazgaon in Mumbai.After starting his career as a child artist extra in Afsana, directed by BR Chopra, Jagdeep appeared in many movies as a child actor. The last Hindi film he featured in was 2012 release Gali Gali Chor Hai in which he played the role of a police constable. Jagdeep is survived by sons - actor Jaaved and producer Naved. His grandson Meezaan made his debut as an actor with Sanjay Leela Bhansali produced Malaal last year.
