The All India Minority Board has objected to the name of Kareena Kapoor Khan's new book Pregnancy Bible. Reportedly, several members of the board, along with the board’s chairperson, Diamond Yusuf, had a meeting in Kanpur’s Chunni Ganj area and condemned the title of the book. Speculations are also rife that a complaint is also likely to be filed against Bebo. Kareena and her team is yet to issue a official statement on the entire controversy. On July 9, the actress  took to Instagram to launch her new book titled Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible. Calling it her 'third child', the actress shared a series of posts to promote the book. The actress wrote that the book is a very personal account of what she experienced physically and emotionally through both her pregnancies.

The book is published by Juggernaut Books. She became a mother for the second time in February this year. Kareena Kapoor had announced her book titled Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible when she was expecting her second child with husband Saif Ali Khan. She shared the book’s cover on her elder son Taimur Ali Khan’s birthday last year. On the work front, Kareena Kapoor will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, co-starring Aamir Khan. Directed by Advait Chandan, the film is a remake of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump, which starred Tom Hanks in the lead role. The actress is also a part of Karan Johar's period epic Takht. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.
