Kartik Aaryan starrer comedy thriller Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 to hit theaters on November 19

After much speculation and anticipation Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani and Tabu starrer horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 also has finally got it's release date. The movie will be released in theatres on November 19, 2021.Taking to the official T-series Twitter handle, the makers announced the new release date with the film poster and a photo featuring Bhushan Kumar, Anees Bazmee, Kartik and Murad Khetani. Sharing the news, the handle wrote, "The edge-of-the seat comedy psychological thriller, #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 starring @TheAaryanKartik, #Tabu & @advani_kiara will release in theatres on 19th November 2021. Produced by #BhushanKumar, @MuradKhetani & #KrishanKumar under the banner of @TSeries & @Cine1Studios. The film is directed by @BazmeeAnees & written by @farhad_samji & #AakashKaushik."

The film will star Kiara, Kartik and Tabu in the lead and the shoot had been going on since 2019. However, owing to the COVID 19 pandemic, the shoot that was going on in the early months of 2020 had to be stalled and the release of the film also was pushed. For the unversed, the movie is a sequel to Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan starrer that had released back in 2007. The film is written by Farhad Samji and Aakash Kaushik. "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" also stars Rajpal Yadav and Govind Namdev. The film has become Advani's second announced release for the year after "Shershaah", led by Sidharth Malhotra. "Shershaah" is scheduled to open theatrically on July 2. Aaryan, who was last seen in Imtiaz Ali's "Love Aaj Kal", has two more films lined up for release- Karan Johar backed "Dostana 2" and filmmaker Ram Madhvani's thriller "Dhamaka".
