Rhea and brother Showik appear before NCB in Sushant Singh Rajput death case

A day after, siblings Rhea Chakraborty and Showik Chakraborty were spotted in  in the suburbs of Mumbai house hunting, they were seen once again on Monday outside the Narcotics Control Bureau office. The Chakraborty's appeared before NCB where they had arrived to mark their attendance. According to Rhea’s bail terms, the actress was asked to report to the investigating agency on the first Monday of every month for six months and this was her first visit of 2021. The siblings were accompanied by their father Indrajit Chakraborty.
The trio were inside the office just for a few minutes as they were seen leaving the office soon after. Rhea and Showik did not speak to the paparazzi and zoomed off in their car.

For the unversed, the siblings were arrested by the NCB in connection to a drugs probe which emerged during the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Rhea was let out on bail on October 7, while Showik was granted bail by the court on December 2. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14. The drug angle in actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case cropped up after the CBI began investigating. Sushant Singh Rajput's father, KK Singh, had filed a complaint with the Bihar Police. On the basis of his complaint, an FIR was registered and investigations began. The case is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation, the Narcotics Control Bureau and the Enforcement Directorate.
