Rhea Chakraborty is 'absconding says, Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey

The Bihar Director General of Police, Gupteshwar Pandey in his interview to ANI has said, that Rhea Chakraborty is embroiled in Sushant Singh Rajput's case is 'absconding'.Commenting on the same, DGP Bihar told ANI, "Rhea Chakraborty is not in touch with us. She is absconding, she is not coming forward. We don't have any information about she being in touch with even Mumbai police." Last week it was reported that the Jalebi actress and her family were seen leaving their Mumbai Apartment by the manager of her building.

It was said that in the middle of the night with 2 to 3 big suitcases Rhea and her entire family were seen leaving in a blue car. The actress is currently at an undisclosed location from where she also shot a 20 second video saying that she has full faith in the god and judiciary. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court on Wednesday, transferred Sushant's case to CBI and denied interim protection to Rhea.  Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the central government, submitted before a single-judge bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy that the Centre has accepted Bihar government's request recommending a CBI inquiry into the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

The Patna Police now have the upper hand in interrogating her. The entire case witnessed a drastic turn after Sushant's father filed FIR against Rhea and her family. For the unversed, Rajput was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra on June 14. Mumbai Police, which are investigating the case along with a parallel investigation by Patna Police, said he died by suicide.
