Rhea files a six-page police complaint against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh

Rhea Chakraborty has filed a complaint with Mumbai Police against late Bollywood actor’s sister Priyanka Singh. Rhea, the main accused in Sushant Singh death case, has accused Priyanka of sending a forged medical prescription to her brother. In her six- page long complaint the actress has cited that Sushant passed away five days after he obtained a prescription wherein “he was unlawfully prescribed psychotrophic substances at the behest of his sister Priyanka”. Rhea urged in her complaint that an FIR should be registered against Priyanka Singh, Dr Tarun Kumar, under the provision of the IPC 1860, the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs Act, 1985 and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.

“Rhea Chakraborty has filed a Police Complaint before the Mumbai Police against Priyanka Singh , Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and Others for offences of Forgery , NDPS Act and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020 for having sent a bogus Medical Prescription depicting SSR as an Out Patient Department person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020 prescribing Schedule Drugs which are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act listed at items 36 and 37 as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited List, which prohibits prescribing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act. It is a misconduct under 3.7.1.4 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines,” Rhea’s lawyer advocate Satish Maneshinde shared in a statement.Rhea Chakraborty, is currently facing multiple investigations in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress is currently being questioned by the CBI, ED, and NCB in the suicide of Sushant who died on 14th June. According to recent reports, her claimed on the second day of interrogation that she had procured drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput, but never consumed them. On Friday, Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda were arrested by the NCB.
