Rhea spotted at Santacruz police station as per court orders, a day after her release from jail

A day after being released from Byculla jail, following Bombay High court's order granting bail to her, Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty on Thursday was snapped at Santacruz police station. Rhea was accompanied by her father Indrajit Chakraborty. The 'Jalebi' star arrived at the police station following the court's conditions on the basis of which she was granted bail. One of the conditions laid down by the court stated that the actress has to mark her presence for 10 days in the police station after release. The other few conditions mentioned by the court were that Rhea needs to deposit her passport, was not allowed to travel abroad without court permission and needs inform the investigating officer if she has to leave Greater Mumbai. 

During her 28-days stay in the prison, Rhea reportedly lived like a commoner. While speaking to a news portal, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had stated that the actress would conduct yoga classes for herself and her jail inmates. He also revealed that Rhea could not get home food because of the pandemic and that she lived with the inmates as if she was a commoner. Rhea has been accused by Sushant’s father of abetting the actor’s suicide and misappropriating his funds. She was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in September, after the central agency found evidence tying her to the purchase of banned drugs.  Rajput (34) was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14 under mysterious circumstances. In the FIR filed by K.K Singh, with the Bihar Police, the late actor's family has accused Rhea's father, mother, and brother of financially and mentally exploiting the Kedarnath actor.
