Sonakshi Sinha buys a 4 BHK house in Bandra after stamp duty cut

In a bid to revive the economy especially the realty sector, the Maharashtra Government has reduced stamp duty on lease agreements of immovable property applicable for 29 and more years to 2% from 5% in Mumbai till December 31 and it will be 3% from January 1 to March 31. Utilising this opportunity, B-town celebs, have invested in real estate despite the pandemic. According to a report in Pinkvilla,  Sonakshi Sinha too recently made a lavish investment in a plush property in Bandra. The said property is a 4 BHK apartment is located in Bandra Reclamation, one of the most prime areas in the maximum city. 

In her interview to Pinkvilla, the Dabangg actress said, “Ever since I started working, it was my dream to buy my own house with my hard earned money before I turned thirty. I may have crossed that deadline by a couple of years but it's finally happened." She currently lives with her parents actor Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha in their Juhu bungalow and plans to continue the same. “I enjoy living at home with my family and have no plans of moving out anytime soon. This house was me just fulfilling a dream and a great investment,” adds Sonakshi. The actress is an avid painter and has a dedicated room for pursuing her hobby in her current Juhu home. We wonder if she plans to replicate the same in her new pad as well. Meanwhile on the work front, Sonkashi was last seen in Dabangg 3 alongside Salman Khan and will next appear in Bhuj: The Pride Of India alongside Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.
