Surprise! Actor Danish Sait marries fiancee Anya Rangaswami in an intimate ceremony

Actor and host Danish Sait tied the knot with fiancee Anya Rangaswami on Thursday. The couple had a low-key wedding in keeping with Covid norms at a private hotel in the city. With just family and a handful of close friends in attendance, the wedding was also streamed on a broadcasting platform for those who couldn’t attend the ceremony owing to the prevailing circumstances. Danish shared first pictures from the wedding on Instagram and wrote, “Anya and I exchanged rings today in the presence of 15 of our closest family & friends, following our registered wedding yesterday. As we embark on this journey of love and togetherness, please bless us and send us your love.”

Danish’s sister, actor Kubbra Sait congratulated her brother and her new sister-in-law Anya and wrote, “The babies are married…Wish you both the best forever to come.” Director and close friend Saad Khan was one of the few people who attended the event. “And I’m so happy for Dan and Anya. I’ve known him for over nine years now and Anya for the last two years. They complete each other and are so fabulous together. This indeed is such a special occasion and they are so happy with each other. Of course these are times of social distancing, but love will always keep us all close. I wish them many years of togetherness and wedded bliss,” sums up Saad.On the work front, Danish featured in a web series called Afsos last year. He began his career as a radio jockey before playing the lead in Humble Politician Nograj in 2018. The film is co-written by the actor, and is streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Danish is a popular face in Kannada cinema.
