Sushant's bank details reveals Rs 55 lakh transaction between late actor and Rhea

In the latest development on Sushant Singh Rajput case, the audit of the late actor's bank accounts shows Rs 55 lakh transaction between the late actor and Rhea Chakraborty. According to a Indian Express report, forensic audit of Rajput’s bank accounts has not thrown up anything “suspicious” to suggest that  Rhea Chakraborty could have pushed Rajput to suicide for financial gain. According to the report published, the Jalebi actress  continues to be under the scanner for abetment to suicide. However, the CBI is yet to find any motive for abetment. The report also added that there have been over Rs 70 crore worth of transactions through Rajput’s accounts in the past five years, but only about Rs 55 lakh have been found to have been associated with the actress. Most of these were reportedly expenses on travel, spas, and gifts. The report also stated that there are many angles to the suicide and the CBI’s investigation is still on.

Rajput’s father K K Singh, in the FIR registered by Bihar police, had alleged that Rs 15 crore had been siphoned off from the actor’s bank accounts and had blamed Chakraborty for it. The Bombay High Court on Wednesday  granted bai to Rhea  after close to a month-long stay in jail following being arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for alleged involvement in a drug cartel, in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case drug nexus probe. The high court, however, rejected the bail applications of her brother Showik Chakraborty and alleged drug peddler Abdul Parihar. Rhea has been asked to inform the investigating officer if she plans to leave Greater Mumbai. The High Court ordered Rhea to mark her presence for ten days in the nearest police station after release. She should deposit her passport and should not travel outside the country without the prior permission of the court, and pay a surety of Rs 1 lakh. Last month, the Narcotic Control Bureau while opposing bail pleas filed by actor Rhea Chakraborty and five others in the Bollywood drug case told the Bombay High Court that all persons arrested till now are connected to each other and it is a syndicate.
