Such as dehydration, lack of oxygen or loss of nutrients. Many people take pills to get rid of these headaches. But they are harmful. Facial exercise is one of the alternatives to get ris of headaches. Very few people are aware about facial exercise.
Facial exercise is considered to be a great remedy for headaches. Check out below steps:
If you have a headache due to eyes or sinuses, take lavender oil on the index finger of both hands and massage the nasal bone between the eyes. This oil is very beneficial for headaches. This will also give comfort to the eyes.
With facial oil massage on the forehead in the middle of the eyebrows with four fingers of both hands. Apply light pressure. Keep the eyes closed and do not put pressure on the eyes.
Breathe-in & out while doing this. You can do this massage for 2 to 3 minutes. The headache will go away.
Take index finger of both hands make it U shaped. Apply facial oil on it and massage it by gently sliding the upper side of the eyebrows. Do not apply too much pressure, otherwise the headache will increase instead of decreasing.
Even taking a deep breath can relieve headaches. When you have a headache, you should sit in a chair and close your eyes and take a deep breath slowly. In a few minutes you will get relief from the headache.
