Handwashing is one of the best ways to protect yourself and your family from getting contracted the coronavirus. The infection spreads through the mouth and nose and humans have tendency to touch their face constantly. Therefore it is important to keep your hands clean by washing them with soap or hand sanitizer.

Apart from washing hands it is also important to keep clean the surfaces and objects that you use daily in your life. These are the 10 most regular things that needs to cleaned on a daily basis. 

Steering: If you don't clean your car's steering regularly, you may be at risk of contracting the coronavirus. Steering is something you touch first after coming from the market. So always clean the steering of the car or bike to avoid the virus. 

Headphones: If you have started jogging and you use headphones, then you should clean the headphones regularly. Coronavirus can sit on any surface for hours and it could possibly be your headphones. So, it is important to sanitize your headphones.

TV or AC remote: Television or AC remote is one of the items in the house that is home to various bacteria and viruses. Everyone in the house touches the remote. So you should clean them thoroughly. 

Pillow: People often clean bedsheets and pillow covers but do not clean pillows. Not doing so may cost your health. Pillows are a place for many types of dust, bacteria, viruses etc. So it is very important to clean your pillows.

Microwave Button:  It is also necessary to clean your microwave button along with all the household items. Since the equipment is operated by everyone in the house. Therefore it becomes important to clean the buttons and handles everyday.

Fridge Handles: Most people protect their fridge handles with a cloth or cover. It is advised that you avoid using them keeping in mind the current condition, but if you still want to keep it the same way, make sure you clean it daily.
