'Buffaloes are milked twice a day': Kripashankar Singh writes to CM Thackeray to allow sale of milk even in evening

“Buffaloes give milk twice. This fresh milk is sent to all the shopkeepers. No retailer takes milk in the evening, as shops are closed due to lockdown. Therefore, the government should allow the sale of milk even in the evening,”demanded Kripashankar Singh, a leader of the North Indian community.

“The state government and the municipal corporation are playing an important role in your competent and efficient leadership.I congratulate the State Government, BMC Administration for their commendable efforts. I would also like to give some suggestions, ”Kripashankar Singh wrote in his letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

"The Maharashtra government has allowed emergency service shops to operate from 7 am to 11 am. I would like to draw your attention to milk production. Buffaloes gives milk twice and this fresh milk is sent to all the shopkeepers. No retailer takes milk in the evening, as shops are closed. Therefore, the government should pay attention to this and allow the sale of milk in the evening, ”demanded Kripashankar Singh.

Newspaper and TV media journalists are doing a great job during this Corona era. He also demanded that they should be honoured as Corona Warriors.

The Maharashtra government had in April announced a package of Rs 107 crore for auto rickshaw drivers. According to the package, the rickshaw drivers were supposed to get Rs 1,500 each but they have not received it yet. Kripashankar Singh also demanded that the funds should be released soon.

The 3 kg of wheat and 2 kg of rice given by the government to poor people like carpenters and porters is not enough. They should be given at least edible oil, salt, turmeric, soap. Otherwise at least Rs, 5000 should be paid to them. I think you will pay attention to these demands, said Kripashankar Singh.
