LMOTY 2020: Where does Fadnavis gets important info from Home Department?; shocking revelation by Deshmukh

The Maharashtra budget session was rocked by the controversial role of police officer Sachin Vaze in the case of the car carrying unassembled explosive materials was found near the house of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, followed by the suspicious death of car owner Mansukh Hiren.

Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis told the whole story in the House. Many people wondered how Fadnavis got such important information from the Home Ministry. Home Minister Anil Deshmukh answered this question at the Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year Awards 2020 ceremony.

Fadnavis made serious allegations against the Thackeray government over the exploive-laden vehicle case, its investigation and the death of Hiren who was the owner of the vehicle. The Thackeray government had to go on the backfoot after Fadnavis made allegations with evidence. Deshmukh was asked where Fadnavis got the important information in this case. Opposition leaders have to keep themselves informed. They are getting information from here and there, said Deshmukh.

Deshmukh also gave the exact answer as to where Devendra Fadnavis got the most important information of the Home Department. Factionalism is not limited to political parties. There is factionalism everywhere. The police force is no exception. IPS officers also have factions. That is where Fadnavis gets all the important information from, said Home Minister Deshmukh.
