Maharashtra Rain Updates: Three families members missing after landslide in Patan taluka

Koynanagar: A landslide has occurred at Ambeghar in Morna division of Patan taluka. The incident took place on Thursday night and some houses in Ambeghar were buried under the mound. Some villagers reached the spot as soon as they came to know about the incident. However, people from three families have been missing since last night. Local villagers have immediately started relief work.

Major roads in the area have been submerged due to heavy rains. Meanwhile, some people are said to have been trapped under the mound of mud at Dhokavale in Patan taluka, while the temple of Lord Shiva has also been trapped under the mound at Fort Morgiri. The incident took place on Thursday evening.
