Sharad Pawar: No connection with actor Kangana Ranaut's property

NCP chief Sharad Pawar has reacted to the demolition drive carried out by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on actor Kangana Ranaut's office in Mumbai in Maharashtra. 

"I have no connection with the building, which was demolished by BMC. Her allegations against me are totally false," Mr Pawar told reporters on Thursday.

Pawar said, The decision was taken by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). State govt had no role in it. BMC did it following its rules and regulations. 

The BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation's demolished Ranaut's office on Wednesday and received flak from various quarters.

Earlier Ranaut has said the building she lives in here belongs to Sharad Pawar with some reports suggesting she was referring to the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief.
