App collapses, NU examination could not take place

Entire claims of the examination department of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University turned hallow on Friday. Just at the time of examination, the university app collapsed. Due to this several students could not give examination. The examination department announced that the examination of the remaining students will be held on Sunday.

In fact, students faced more problems on the second day of the paper compared to first day. Many students failed to open the app in their mobile phone. They tried hard for hours to open the app but could not succeed. This problem has also erupted in the second and third session. Students were in trouble with the app. They continued to call university help desk and every time there were told to delete the app and download it again but despite the suggestions, the app did not work. The problem was not solved after calling the help desk again. The officials of the examination department also switched off their phone after repeated calls from students. After the time of paper was over, there was a streak of concern on the forehead of the students.

The interesting thing is that the students were worried about not being able to give the paper. Instead of helping them university officials kept reprimanding them. The students were very disappointed with the behaviour. Sources said that in the three sessions only a few students were able to solve the paper.

The university examination department announced to hold the re-examination on Sunday as large number of students failed to give the examination. It is noteworthy that the university examination department had made many big claims regarding online examination. It was also claimed that it is the first university in the state to take the online test.
