Nagpur, April 22

The rural superintendent of police Rakesh Ola has taken some strict steps to prevent the spread of Covid infection. It is mandatory for citizens coming from other districts to Nagpur district to show the certificate of not being infected with Covid.

Show the Covid negative report first to everyone other than those who carry medicines and vital items, then only will be allowed in our district. Hospitals and health-related planning schemes are failing in rural areas, including Nagpur city. Therefore, the infected people of rural areas are reaching Nagpur city for treatment. As a result, the stress on the health system has increased, so all the boundaries of Nagpur district have been sealed. The police have blocked all the roads connecting the district. It has been made mandatory to show Covid negative certificate of person from other district (with the exception of public passenger service). Those who do not have certificates, they are being asked to go back to their own district.

After Deolapar and Kelwad, strict blockade has been done on the borders of Seoni and Chhindwara districts of Madhya Pradesh adjoining Nagpur. Apart from this, action has been taken against 13,251 citizens who violate rules, and do not wear masks. Action has also been taken on 5 mariage halls, offices and 20 hotels.
