Riding on centuries by Jagjyot Sasan annd R Sanjay Indian Gymkhana drubbed Advocate XI by huge margin of 143 runs in the Guzder League 'A' Division Cricket Tournament organised by Vidarbha Cricket Association on Thursday.

Batting first Indian Gymkhana amassed 307 for eight in 50 overs. Sasan scored 118 in 129 balls with the help of 12 boundaries and three sixes. R Sanjay too sent the rival bowlers on leather hunt and scored 111 in 98 balls hitting 14 boundaries and two sixes.

In reply, Advocate XI lost their wickets at regular interval and were all out for 164 in 42.2 overs. Only Vaibhhav Chandekar (39) showed some resistance For Indian Gymkhana, Siddhesh Neral (3 for 38) and Azhar Sheikh (2 for 25) were main wicket takers.

Despite Kshitij Dahiya's cracking 193-run knock, All India Reporter (AIR) suffered seven wicket defeat at the hands of MRCC.

Batting first AIR scored 270 for six in 50 overs. Dahiya played an unbeaten knock of 193 in 141 balls hitting 20 boundaries and ten sixes. For MRCC, Darshan Nalkande took two wickets for 50 runs. In reply MRCC achieved the target losing just three wickets in 44.3 overs. Nayan Chavan missed the century by just two runs. His 98-run knock was studded with sevenn boundaries and one six. Pawan Parnate remained unbeaten on 51 and ensured the victory.

In another match at VCA Jamtha, MSSC drubbed Reshimbagh Gymkhana by seven wickets. Batting first Reshimbagh were all out for a paltry 101 in 28.4 overs. Mandal Mahale ripped through the batting line up and claimed four wickets for just six runs. He was well supported by Prabhviraj Lamba and Suraj Rai who got two each.

In reply, MRCC achieved the target losing three wickets in 18.4 overs. Akshay Kolhhar (36) and Mandar Mahale (28 not out) complated the formalities.

At WCL ground, Eleven Star overcame Navniketan Cricket Club (NCC) by 14 runs. Batting first Eleven Star scored 273 all out off 49 overs. Shubham Dubey top scored with 74 (61b, 6x4, x6). Aditya Daga too batted well and slammed 61-ball 72 hitting six boundaries and two sixes. For Navniketan pacer Suniket Bingewar snared four wickets for 49 runs. In reply, Navniketan missed the target by 14 runs and were all out for 259 in 492 overs. Yash Kadam (111, 143b, 11x4, 3x6) held the fort but in vain. For Eleven Star Parth Rekhade and Ashutosh Singh shared six wickets between them.
